LOD by New Legal Rep of JMC

Please be informed that the JMC has arranged for a new round of LOD (Letter of Demand) to be sent out to owners who are defaulting in maintenance fees.

This will be sent by Mr. Ruben, the appointed legal advisor of the JMC.

As such, kindly make arrangements for any outstanding payment that has not been paid to the management office.
